Cyera is building the security operating model for the age of AI. The company provides a unified control plane that understands relationships between data, access, and behaviors across humans, systems, and AI—enabling enterprises to safely adopt AI while securing it end-to-end.
You'll join the newly established AI Security group as a Solution Architect, operating like a startup within Cyera. This role bridges the gap between field teams, R&D, and product management, owning complex customer projects from pre-sale through post-sale implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the technical point of contact for complex customer engagements, leading both pre-sale and post-sale efforts
- Partner with internal teams and customers to implement and integrate Cyera's AI Security solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and business alignment
- Act as a platform expert, collaborating with Product and Engineering to translate customer challenges into new features
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them quickly
- Design and implement ad-hoc technical solutions and automation to enhance operations
- Drive pre-sales engagements to technical wins and post-sales engagements to success
- Continuously improve internal workflows, tooling, and best practices
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar technical role
- Strong background in creating technical solutions, systems integrations, and customer-facing technical delivery
- Proficiency in SQL or similar querying languages
- Strong cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proven ability to handle complex customer requirements
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Experience collaborating with R&D and Product teams
Nice-to-have qualifications include software development background, AI Security domain knowledge, AI Agents experience, Computer Science degree, and automation/scripting familiarity.
