You will join a team of ML/NLP engineers working on fundamental problems in LLM-based code generation, document understanding, context synthesis, and LLM-based agents. The team includes experts from Glean, Apple, Rubrik, Google, and Meta.
Key responsibilities:
- Build workflows and agentic pipelines for complex analytical workloads
- Design evaluation frameworks and conduct evaluations of the query processing engine
- Work closely with customers and founders to define product and engineering roadmap
- Shape the engineering culture and tech stack for the company

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to work with hard NLP problems
- Background in search/retrieval, LLMs, and evaluation pipelines (preferred)
- Experience working in startup/fast-paced teams (highly desirable)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
