Icertis, the global leader in AI-powered contract intelligence, is seeking a Software Engineer to join its IT team. You will design, develop, and support enterprise applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and Microsoft 365 services. This role involves solving complex business challenges by building scalable digital solutions that streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive innovation across IT operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop enterprise applications, automations, and AI-driven solutions using Power Platform and Microsoft 365
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, optimize processes, and deliver scalable solutions
- Build and integrate solutions using Microsoft Graph, APIs, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, and third-party platforms
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards throughout the solution lifecycle
- Own end-to-end application lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, production support, and continuous improvement
- Implement Power Platform governance, DLP policies, security roles, and connector governance
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, custom connectors)
- Strong experience integrating Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, webhooks, and standard/custom connectors
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, or other Microsoft 365 services and their integration with Power Platform
- Working knowledge of Power Platform governance, DLP policies, security roles, and least-privilege access
- Proficiency in PowerShell and at least one programming language (C#, .NET, Python, or JavaScript)
- Self-driven, highly motivated, quality and deadline-focused
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Copilot Studio and Agentic AI
- Relevant Power Platform certifications
