This Senior iOS Engineer role is critical to supporting Speechify's rapidly growing iOS app, which ranks #18 in the App Store productivity category. You will lead key engineering and product decisions while actively shipping production code for the iOS app. The position involves working within a dedicated product team, participating in product discussions to shape the roadmap, and maintaining the complex app architecture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading engineering and product decisions for iOS

Ideal candidates have experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record of shipping products from inception to traction, and strong product thinking skills. You should be customer-obsessed, work at high velocity, and know how to balance shipping quickly with thoughtful technical decisions.
Required technical skills: Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading programming, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git. The role emphasizes work ethic, solid communication, and an obsession with winning in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
