You will join as a Senior iOS Engineer on the core product team, responsible for shipping production code, leading key engineering and product decisions, and shaping the product roadmap. The role involves maintaining and enhancing the complex iOS app architecture while supporting a rapidly growing user base. You'll work in a flat organization where technical excellence and consistent delivery create leadership opportunities.
Key responsibilities include actively shipping features, participating in product strategy discussions, leading engineering decisions, and collaborating with designers and product teams. The ideal candidate has experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record of shipping from inception to traction, and strong product thinking. You should be customer-obsessed, work at high velocity, and know how to balance speed with thoughtful decision-making.
Required technical skills: Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git. The company values work ethic, communication, and an obsession with winning. The interview process includes multiple technical rounds completed within one week.
