You'll join a ~60-person Series A company with engineering teams distributed across Europe and Brazil, and go-to-market teams in the US. This Senior Full-Stack Engineer role focuses primarily on backend development (PHP/Laravel) with supporting frontend work (TypeScript/Vue) to build scalable systems powering AI-driven sales intelligence.
In this role, you'll take ownership of entire components within your first few months, working with high autonomy in a collaborative, high-trust environment. You'll build user-facing UIs, develop scalable data-heavy background processing jobs handling terabytes of data, integrate external data providers, optimize relational databases (MySQL), and collaborate with data scientists on AI workflows. The tech stack includes TypeScript/Vue for frontend, PHP/Laravel for backend, MySQL & OpenSearch, RabbitMQ, Datadog, and AWS infrastructure.
You'll work across time zones with teammates in Europe and Brazil, plus frequent collaboration with US-based marketing and sales teams. The company values speed, iteration, and practical problem-solving over process. You should be comfortable with independence, learning quickly in a changing environment, and leveraging AI in your development workflow.
Requirements: 4+ years PHP development (preferably Laravel), 2+ years frontend/full-stack TypeScript experience, expertise in relational database modeling and query optimization, startup or fast-moving environment experience, fluent English (written and spoken), and a pragmatic, curious mindset.
