You'll join the Cyber Engineering team within the Data department, working alongside Cyber Researchers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and R&D teams to build the technology powering At-Bay's cyber insurance products. This is a backend-focused role where you'll design, build, and scale production systems used daily by insurance teams and customers.
Key responsibilities include: designing and building large-scale backend systems for both customer-facing and internal tools; leveraging AI as both a development tool and core component of production solutions; owning business-critical software problems end-to-end from design through deployment and monitoring; writing well-tested, organized code in a modern CI/CD environment on cloud infrastructure; taking full ownership of code quality and production stability; and collaborating across teams to solve problems and deliver high-quality software quickly.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on backend engineering with strong Python proficiency; proven experience designing and building large-scale production platforms; solid understanding of cybersecurity and networking concepts; strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL); fluency in both Hebrew and English.
