Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. The company handles payment authorization, risk flagging, spend categorization, and financial close processes.
You will lead Ramp's social media strategy and build the operating system to execute it. Your central responsibility is making the company more visible, culturally relevant, and useful to target audiences through strategic social presence.
Key responsibilities include: setting Ramp's social strategy and raising creative standards; deciding which stakeholders (company, employees, executives, creators, customers, partners) should lead specific stories and building distribution plans accordingly; coaching employees and executives to post credibly about their work with guidance and amplification; establishing community management and social support processes; coordinating across producers, influencers, brand, comms, growth, and support teams; and establishing measurement frameworks using social insights to improve performance.
Success means Ramp has a distinct social point of view with clear channel roles and a calendar focused on high-conviction moments rather than constant posting. The social function becomes a strategic driver of visibility and demand. Employees and executives have an easy, trusted way to share work with coordinated amplification for top posts. Product questions and customer issues on social receive dependable ownership. Social has data-driven goals around reach, awareness, demand, campaign lift, and market insights.
You bring 2+ years leading strategic social or related marketing programs at top-tier technology, consumer, or media companies. You've built social strategy and operating models including prioritization, agency management, workflows, measurement, and executive alignment. You have excellent editorial judgment and instinct for credible, native content across LinkedIn, X, Meta, YouTube, and emerging community channels. You're comfortable with performance and brand measurement, distinguishing correlation from impact, and running disciplined tests.
Ramp values sharp taste, clear thinking, generous collaboration, and the willingness to say no when work doesn't meet the bar. The company offers flexible PTO, health/wellness stipends, 401(k) with match, parental leave, and relocation coverage to NYC or SF.
