Apollo GraphQL is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to design and own the end-to-end enablement strategy for the sales and customer success field. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll build role-based learning paths for Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers, spanning self-directed learning, just-in-time delivery, micro-learning, and major learning events.
Key responsibilities include: designing new-hire onboarding programs to minimize ramp time and time-to-productivity; partnering with RevOps to define field productivity baselines and track leading indicators like ramp time, certification engagement, and time-to-first-value; leading go-to-market readiness for major product releases by translating Product Marketing messaging into use-case narratives and competitive intelligence the field can use; acting as the connective tissue between engineering and the field by translating technical concepts into language non-technical AEs and CSMs can confidently use with customers; delivering training sessions and measuring impact; and leveraging AI to speed up content creation, mine insights from tools like Gong, and coach the field on AI adoption.
You'll drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Field leadership to ensure enablement assets are built and adopted. The role requires hands-on content creation and delivery—not just orchestration—combined with technical credibility (API architecture, GraphQL familiarity) and commercial fluency (understanding how enterprise buyers evaluate infrastructure and developer tooling). You should have experience building enablement programs from scratch in fast-moving, high-growth environments, proven live delivery and teaching skills, practical AI fluency, and demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
