fomo is a crypto trading app that has grown to 2.5M+ users and $14B in trading volume since launching in May 2025. The company has raised ~$100M from top-tier investors including Benchmark, Index Ventures, and Union Square Ventures, and has generated ~$68M in revenue.
You will join a 6-person GTM team based in-person in SoHo, NYC. The team is composed of crypto-native professionals with experience from leading protocols and platforms like dYdX, Uniswap, OpenSea, Magic Eden, and Zora.
As Social Lead, you will own fomo's social media presence across X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and creating content for all social platforms
- Learning and optimizing for the algorithms of each platform to drive views and conversions
- Maintaining consistent brand voice, style, and aesthetics across accounts
- Owning end-to-end brand and creative campaigns, including product announcements and growth events
- Deeply analyzing performance data to optimize content strategy
- Managing the full content lifecycle from sourcing through posting and performance monitoring
The role requires someone who can think strategically about social media growth while executing tactically across multiple platforms. You'll be working with a high-performing team that has high standards for themselves and their collaborators.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience scaling social media accounts across multiple platforms (personal or corporate)
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to optimize for views and conversion metrics
- Ability to own the complete content process end-to-end: sourcing, posting, monitoring, and performance analysis
- Nice to have: Personal crypto trading experience (team members trade, which informs product differentiation)
