Digitail is an AI operating system for modern veterinary clinics, consolidating scheduling, client communication, medical records, payments, inventory, and AI-powered workflows into a single platform. The company replaces fragmented, disconnected systems with an integrated solution designed collaboratively with veterinary teams. As an SMB Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, targeting veterinary clinic owners, practice managers, and veterinarians. Your responsibilities include building trusted relationships with decision-makers, running workflow-driven demos that connect operational challenges to measurable outcomes, and guiding prospects through structured evaluation and decision-making processes. You will maintain consistent pipeline follow-up and deal momentum, become an expert in veterinary workflows and practice operations, and partner closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth client transitions. You will manage your pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance with high ownership, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. You will think consultatively, asking great questions before proposing solutions, and focus on understanding workflows rather than just product features. You will simplify complex ideas, work comfortably with ambiguity, embrace technology and AI as force multipliers, and take ownership of outcomes. You are motivated by solving meaningful customer problems and willing to travel periodically for conferences and customer meetings. The role is remote-first, eligible for candidates in Canada and most U.S. states, with a home office stipend and generous paid time off. REQUIREMENTS: - 1–3 years of SaaS sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding quota - Experience working in veterinary medicine or selling into veterinary practices - Strong consultative selling skills and customer-first mindset - Curious, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement - Highly organized with strong time management skills - Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve - Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clinic owners, veterinarians, and practice managers
