Precision for Medicine is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to join their European team on a fully remote basis. The role can be based in Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Serbia, Romania, or Hungary. In this position, you will review, draft, negotiate, and track a variety of legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements. You will work closely with the Clinical Operations study team and play a key role in ensuring deliverables align with defined study timelines. Key responsibilities include: - Review, draft, and negotiate master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts - Collaborate with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to resolve and escalate contractual issues - Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards - Update study team members on contract negotiation and execution status - Establish, track, report, and manage site contract metrics - Maintain contract files and databases, including archiving - Design and implement policies and procedures for timely contract execution - Identify process improvements and take corrective action Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher - Experience in a CRO or healthcare field - Minimum 5 years' experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site clinical trial agreements, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations - Demonstrated experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors Preferred qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, or business administration - Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail - Knowledge of contracting plans and guides for CTA and budget negotiations - Experience managing relationships with study teams, CRAs, and site coordinators to meet study timelines Essential competencies include strong organizational and written communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, high self-motivation, professionalism, sound business judgment, proficiency in MS Office, discretion with sensitive matters, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
