Salary: PLN 190,200 - 237,800 / annual
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to join their European team, working fully remotely from Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Serbia, Romania, or Hungary.
In this role, you will review, draft, negotiate, and track a variety of legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements. You will work closely with the Clinical Operations study team to ensure deliverables align with defined study timelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review, draft, and negotiate master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts
- Collaborate with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to resolve and escalate contractual issues
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards
- Update study team members on contract negotiation and execution status
- Establish, track, report, and manage site contract metrics
- Maintain contract files and databases, including archiving
- Design and implement policies and procedures for timely contract execution
- Identify process improvements and take corrective action
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience in a CRO or healthcare field
- Minimum 5 years' experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site clinical trial agreements, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations
- Demonstrated experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, or business administration; knowledge of contracting plans and guides for CTA and budget negotiations; and successful relationship management with study teams and clinical research associates.
You should possess strong organizational and written communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, high self-motivation, professionalism, sound business judgment, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work independently and cooperatively in a virtual environment.
