The Service Consultant role is based in the Medellin, Colombia office and is responsible for successful consulting project delivery supporting both internal and external customers. This position bridges technical implementation and customer success, acting as a technical lead for solution implementations while providing best-practice guidance on Kaseya's IT Complete Suite of solutions to SMB partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and efficient consulting and process integration services to new SMB partners using Kaseya's IT Complete Suite
- Acting as a technical lead for solution implementations
- Delivering best industry practices and guidance to customers on new products
- Working closely with Project Management, Product Management, and Support teams to ensure best-in-class service delivery
- Presenting complex technical material to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Maintaining professional, courteous, and customer-focused service at all times
The ideal candidate is an overachiever with proven IT experience who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong communication skills, and can adapt to competing demands while maintaining attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of applicable experience managing technology implementations utilizing software tools
- 1+ years of MSP experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, PSA, and RMM software and markets
- Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server and patch management best practices
- Experience with Routing, Switching, and Firewall/Edge technologies
- Working knowledge of virtualization solutions such as VMware and Hypervisor
- Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail with data-centric approach
- Self-motivated, decisive, with ability to adapt to change
- Proven team player
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience (preferred)
