Salary: USD 160,000 - 237,000 / annual

You will own a product area end-to-end, from vision and strategy through launch and iteration. You'll be responsible for the commercial success of your product line and will drive value for both users and the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Entirely own a product area's vision, strategy, and success metrics
- Engage deeply with customers and prospects to understand problems and shape roadmap priorities
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning and messaging
- Partner with Customer Success and Product Marketing on releases and feedback prioritization
- Work with Engineering and Product Design to ensure product excellence
- Manage projects through ideation, discovery, execution, launch, and iteration
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to track success and identify improvements
- Help shape the culture of the growing product team
This is an early-stage product team role at a high-growth startup where your contributions will directly influence company direction and success. The role requires hybrid presence in San Francisco (minimum 2 days/week).
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of PM experience managing software products from inception through launch and iteration
- Experience owning a product line end-to-end and being accountable for product success
- Experience building products for engineering personas
- Experience transforming complex user needs into pragmatic product solutions
- Experience at a growth-stage company or demonstrated ability to iterate quickly in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Preferred: prior engineering experience or ability to code
