Fin (now part of Salesforce) is building the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across service, sales, and ecommerce. The Web Growth team owns the website roadmap and continuously improves the journey from first impression through lead capture, demo engagement, signup, and trial start.
In this role, you'll treat the website like a product: understand user intent, identify friction points, form strong hypotheses, test them with users and data, and turn insights into better experiences. You'll be equally comfortable shaping problems and influencing roadmap priorities as you are designing final interactions, prototypes, and pages.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and iterating on experiments across landing pages, pricing, signup, and conversion flows to improve engagement, conversion, qualified leads, and trial starts
- Collaborating with Growth, Self-serve, Brand, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering teams to turn opportunities into clear, buildable experiences
- Using user insights and funnel data to identify opportunities, define hypotheses, and measure impact
- Applying product design thinking to comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, responsiveness, and accessibility
- Prototyping in Figma and code, leveraging AI tools where useful, and working within shared components and brand systems
- Bringing ideas to the Web Growth roadmap, not just executing briefs
Success means more visitors understand Fin and Intercom, find the right path for their needs, and take the next step with less friction. You'll improve meaningful growth outcomes across qualified leads, demo engagement, signups, and trial starts. Experiments will be well-designed, clearly measured, and used to inform what the team does next. You'll make complex product value easier to understand without relying on extra explanation from Sales or Marketing, and you'll raise the bar for web growth design through thoughtful, high-quality experiences.
This role is not for you if you only want to design campaign or marketing pages from a fixed brief, care about visual polish without comprehension and friction reduction, don't want to work with funnel data and experimentation, want to focus on brand expression without balancing usability and measurable growth, need a fixed roadmap rather than identifying opportunities, or aren't interested in close cross-functional collaboration.
Fin has a hybrid working policy with an expectation of at least three days per week in the office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in web, product, growth, or closely related design role, with a strong portfolio of shipped, conversion-focused work
- Track record of using design, growth frameworks, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis to improve outcomes such as leads, conversion, trials, activation, or revenue
- Experience designing and iterating on experiments, including A/B tests or other data-informed approaches (B2B SaaS experience is a plus)
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills, with a sharp eye for typography, hierarchy, detail, and polish
- Comfortable working within an existing design system and brand, while identifying opportunities to extend and improve it
- Experience using AI in your design practice, including tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Figma Make, or similar; ability to explain how AI has changed your workflow and what you have built or shipped with it
- Ability to take a brief and run with it; work independently, make good decisions, ask the right questions, and bring solutions rather than just options
