We are seeking a Senior VIP Relationship Manager to join our MENA regional team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global VIP clients, driving client acquisition, relationship expansion, and business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of global VIP clients, including institutional clients and high net-worth individuals
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients through frequent, proactive communication
- Develop and implement customer service processes, management frameworks, and tracking systems for key accounts
- Analyze client behavior and needs; prepare detailed customer analysis reports
- Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional service solutions and customer experiences
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
- Existing client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks
- Prior experience working in trading platforms or exchanges (highly advantageous)
- Background in sales and client services within international financial services (banking, investments, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency and digital asset industry with knowledge of current trends and innovations
