Eucalyptus (now part of Hims & Hers) is a digital healthcare company focused on weight management and preventive health. They operate Juniper, a large-scale weight-management program combining GLP-1 medication with personalized nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care. The company is expanding across multiple markets including Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, and Canada, with a goal to support 1 million patients globally over the next three years.
You will lead the post-production team for Juniper Australia based in Manila, with a hands-on focus on Meta performance creative. This is a senior individual contributor role with team leadership responsibilities. You'll edit high-volume content yourself, create variations from existing footage, and mentor the Manila-based editing team to improve quality, speed, and consistency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Edit and oversee high-volume performance content with strong Meta-first creative focus
- Create and iterate on short-form ads, UGC, cutdowns, hooks, and variations designed to improve performance
- Lead and support the Manila post-production team, lifting quality and consistency across output
- Provide creative feedback to editors and guide the team toward stronger performance-focused execution
- Work closely with producers, creatives, and performance marketers to turn briefs into sharp, platform-aware, results-driven content
- Apply strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention to creative testing and iteration
- Help the team adopt more efficient workflows and new tools
- Act as senior on-the-ground presence for the Manila team, providing clarity, direction, and day-to-day support
- Contribute to content development and brainstorms
- Maintain strong post-production standards across file organization, versioning, feedback rounds, and delivery

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of editing experience at pace (in-house, agency, or freelance) with a reel demonstrating range, output, and clear feel for performance-driven content
- Performance-literate: understand hooks, pacing, retention, and iteration; care about whether work performs as much as how it looks
- Platform-aware: know how content should behave across paid social, especially Meta; able to adapt creative for different formats, channels, and audiences
- Commercially minded: understand that creatives need to do a job; comfortable working closely with performance marketers
- Curious about better ways of working: open to new tools including AI-enabled workflows; look for practical ways to make teams faster and more effective
- Fast, organized, and dependable: operate in high-output environments, keep work moving, bring structure to busy teams
- Comfortable with iteration: don't need perfect conditions to do strong work; happy testing, refining, and improving until creative lands
NICE TO HAVE:
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Experience editing for YouTube, organic social, or broader brand campaigns
- Formal people management experience
- Experience working in health, wellness, or other sensitive consumer categories
