Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to join the Scale Team in Munich. This role is a trusted advisor position responsible for driving value, adoption, and customer success across a portfolio of enterprise accounts using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
You will serve as a strategic partner to customers and regional partners, strengthening their market position while ensuring long-term success. Key responsibilities include building scalable engagement strategies, establishing Centers of Excellence (CoEs), managing partner relationships, and orchestrating account activities at both account and portfolio levels.
The work involves driving value realization and adoption sponsorship across a diverse customer base, establishing robust governance structures, and coaching customers toward self-service and ownership of their value journey. You will manage 1:N program motions including value bootcamps, sprint initiatives, POV development, and innovation deployments to generate impact across a community of customers.
You will build stakeholder trust and drive success across a broad portfolio through highly efficient, scaled interactions rather than traditional high-touch 1:1 relationships. The role emphasizes maintaining cross-industry fluency to remain conversant across multiple business sectors, leveraging AI-curated industry briefs for rapid context-switching.
A significant aspect of this role involves operating AI-driven tools and agents to monitor portfolio health, proactively surface renewal risks, track value realization and adoption signals, and identify expansion opportunities. You will deploy automated value reports and strategic nudges empowering customers to drive their own business outcomes. You will act as an AI-fluent operator, utilizing copilots and intelligent agents to produce technical outputs on demand.
You will focus on big-picture value while partnering with internal technical teams (CoE and Applied Value Engineers) on complex implementations. The role requires driving AI-orchestrated account plans leveraging platform best practices and partner applications within AI-powered solution designs.
