Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to lead AI and data-driven business transformation for select Fortune 500 enterprise customers. You will own the complete value journey for customers, combining technical execution with consulting and project management expertise.
In this role, you will:
**Value Selling & Realization:** Uncover core business issues through discovery workshops and craft compelling executive narratives. Own outcomes from initial discovery through realized ROI, leading business value workshops and telling the value story to stakeholders.
**Stakeholder Management:** Cultivate executive sponsorship across business units to champion transformation programs. Co-own change management with customer leaders and design Center of Excellence roadmaps that build customer self-sufficiency.
**Program Management:** Steer global transformations across complex workstreams. Own and implement AI-driven account planning and AI-assisted project management. Automate executive governance (QBRs, steering committees) with minimal manual friction.
**Platform & AI Fluency:** Act as an AI-fluent operator, utilizing AI tools and copilots for rapid technical outputs while partnering with Applied Value Engineers for deep-dive solution builds. Champion platform adoption across customer organizations.
**Scale Value & Innovation:** Build strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a core platform to drive adoption. Provide feedback to R&D based on evolving customer use cases and market trends.
You will work alongside Lead and Principal Value Engineers, partnering closely with the Sales team to ensure the Celonis Platform tackles the most strategic business challenges and generates strong ROI through deep and broad deployments.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience taking ownership of complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales
- Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle)
- AI-fluent operator who utilizes AI copilots to generate outputs and automations, avoiding heavy manual coding
- Proven expertise in executing process improvements and value realization
- Demonstrated expertise orchestrating multi-region or business unit transformation programs
- Expert at mobilizing VP/Director-level sponsorship with commanding executive presence
- Flawless English communication; Dutch is a strong bonus
- Strong understanding of Finance/Supply Chain domains and cross-industry trends
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or comparable technical degree; or Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor
