Robinhood is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join its Treasury Operations team, reporting to the Director of Treasury Operations & Investments. This role is critical to supporting the company's mission to democratize finance by ensuring Robinhood has the financial resources, market access, and operational excellence needed to grow and innovate.
You will lead the implementation of a treasury management system and build/maintain direct cash flow forecasts while supporting daily treasury operations. Key responsibilities include:
• Build and implement automation workflows leveraging AI with human approvals
• Prepare and monitor global daily cash positions across all entities
• Lead implementation of a Treasury Management System for cash positioning, forecasting, bank account management, and fee analysis
• Lead opening and closing of bank accounts for corporate, brokerage, and futures businesses; serve as primary backup for crypto operations
• Support bank KYC requirement maintenance
• Lead U.S. cash management and wire settlements, including transfers, internal settlements, borrowings, repayments, and capital markets transaction settlements
• Identify and implement cash optimization strategies
• Manage banking portal operations
• Provide backup support for 13-week direct cash flow forecasts with variance tracking and scenario modeling
• Maintain bank account database as single source of truth for global balances
• Ensure strict SOX control adherence and support audit requests
• Support creation and maintenance of treasury policies and procedures
• Maintain treasury banking relationships
• Provide periodic on-call support for internal funding alerts and SEVs
You bring 5+ years of corporate treasury experience, preferably in a publicly traded global financial services company. You have hands-on experience implementing automation with AI tools, managing direct cash flow forecasts, and deep knowledge of treasury operations controls and processes. Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and Superset proficiency required. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or CTP designation preferred.
The role is based in Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Chicago, IL with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
