Lucid, the healthcare staffing arm of AdeptID (an AI Talent Matching Company), is hiring Senior Recruiters to work at the intersection of human relationship-building and AI-powered matching. The role focuses on high-touch recruitment for clinicians, leveraging a proprietary matching engine that processes millions of job transitions and maintains a database of millions of clinician profiles.
You will build trusted relationships with clinicians to understand their career goals and guide them through the entire placement lifecycle—from matching to interviews, offers, and onboarding. You'll partner with Account Managers and Compliance teams to ensure smooth, fast starts for placements, and support long-term clinician success and redeployment.
The key differentiator: AI automation handles sourcing, screening, and repetitive administrative tasks, freeing you to focus on high-value conversations, judgment calls, and closing placements. You'll also have direct input into product and engineering improvements, shaping the tools you use daily.
Success is measured by fast time-to-fill, high submission-to-offer ratios, strong clinician satisfaction and repeat placements, and rising revenue per recruiter enabled by automation efficiency. The role offers industry-leading commission upside due to the company's operational efficiency and margins.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, specifically placing clinicians
- Prior clinician experience (clinical background)
- Strong communicator with excellent follow-through
- Comfortable with new technology and evolving workflows
- Relationship-driven, fast-moving, and organized
