Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Mathematical Software & Algorithms to oversee the development and delivery of Battlespace Awareness software for critical defense programs. This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and program leadership, requiring someone with strong software development expertise—particularly in optimization and estimation algorithms—combined with experience managing complex, multi-team projects. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of advanced algorithms for sense-making and decision-making at tactical timelines. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project execution plans covering feature development, testing, validation, deployment, and monitoring; establishing clear technical objectives aligned with program needs; and maintaining deep understanding of underlying algorithms and software interfaces for battle management, threat prediction, tracking, and classification. On the technical side, you'll stay current with the latest algorithmic techniques, work closely with subject matter experts to incorporate innovations, and ensure that relevant services integrate effectively with the larger C2 (command and control) system. You'll oversee release management, ensuring smooth deployment and adherence to quality standards. You'll also drive documentation and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the program. This is a hands-on senior role where technical credibility and program leadership are equally valued. You'll be the linchpin connecting engineering teams, stakeholders, and program objectives, ensuring Battlespace Awareness software is delivered on schedule and meets all technical, functional, and business requirements. The role is based in Colorado (Broomfield or Fort Collins) and offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion technology for U.S. and allied military capabilities.
