Datadog is seeking a Senior Technology Partner Manager to own the full lifecycle of strategic technology partnerships, with a focus on AI/ML and data platform companies. This is a highly cross-functional, relationship-driven role that bridges product, marketing, and sales. You will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic technology partners, managing three core pillars of partnership: **Co-Build:** Partner with Datadog's Product and Engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and drive joint integration roadmaps. You'll ensure integrations are built, launched, and continuously improved to meet customer needs. **Co-Market:** Design and execute joint marketing programs including webinars, blog posts, customer case studies, launch campaigns, and event collaboration with product marketing and partner teams to build awareness and demand for joint solutions. **Co-Sell:** Build and execute go-to-market and co-sell plans with Datadog's channel team and partner field/sales teams. You'll enable the global sales organization and partner sellers on joint value propositions, use cases, and co-sell motions to drive pipeline and revenue. Additional responsibilities include tracking partnership commitments and success metrics across all three pillars; acting as connective tissue between partners and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Channels & Alliances); ensuring integrations are well-represented in partner marketplaces; creating internal and partner-facing enablement content (playbooks, battlecards, training); and tracking trends across the AI/ML and data platform ecosystems to identify new partnership opportunities. Datadog operates as a hybrid workplace. The role requires equal comfort in product roadmap discussions, marketing planning sessions, and sales enablement meetings. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA is a strong plus) - 7+ years of experience in technology partnerships, alliances, partner management, or business development at a software, cloud, or SaaS company - Experience managing the full partnership lifecycle including technical/product collaboration, marketing programs, and sales/co-sell motions - Comfortable working with technical products; able to understand integration architectures and translate them into clear business value - Familiarity with the AI/ML and/or data platform ecosystem (e.g., LLM providers, vector databases, data warehouses, data pipeline and orchestration tools) - Proven ability to build trusted relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales - Strong program and project management skills; able to juggle multiple partner relationships and initiatives simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to create compelling partner-facing and internal enablement materials - Strong analytical mindset with ability to utilize data to inform strategic partnership decisions - Excellent negotiation and executive-level relationship management skills - Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment with a bias toward action
