As a Senior Technical Recruiter embedded within the Product organization, you will own full-cycle recruiting for the Product team, building collaborative partnerships with the SVP of Product & Operations, VPs, Directors, and individual contributors. You will develop deep expertise in the competitive landscape for product management talent and drive proactive sourcing strategies across a diverse range of critical positions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the complete recruiting lifecycle: sourcing niche product talent, pipeline development, offer extension, and candidate closure
- Weekly strategic partnerships with Product leadership to collaboratively build the team
- Continuous improvement of hiring processes as the company scales
- Delivering high-touch, transparent candidate experiences
- Influencing senior leadership through stakeholder alignment and communication
This is a 5-day-per-week on-site role at Verkada's San Mateo headquarters, reflecting the company's commitment to a thriving in-office culture.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical or complex, niche positions
- Demonstrated experience generating well-targeted, high-quality pipelines
- Expertise in stakeholder alignment and ability to influence senior Product leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on timely communication
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing and able to work on-site 5 days per week in San Mateo, CA
- Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
