Tensordyne is an AI infrastructure company building high-performance, low-power generative AI inference systems through custom silicon, hardware, and software. The company serves hyperscaler and neocloud data center customers and is headquartered in Sunnyvale, CA with additional offices in Munich, Germany and remote team members across North America and Europe. You will own end-to-end, full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions including ASIC/Silicon Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Software & Systems Engineering, SDK/Compiler Engineering, Applications/Field Engineering, Operations, Sales & Business Development, Product Management, and Finance/HR/SG&A. This is a hands-on role with broad ownership and the opportunity to partner directly with engineering leaders, executives, and functional hiring managers. Key responsibilities include: - Translate business and technical requirements into effective recruiting strategies - Build targeted talent pipelines for highly specialized technical and leadership roles - Conduct talent mapping across semiconductor, AI infrastructure, hyperscale computing, and adjacent technology companies - Perform substantive recruiter screens covering technical/functional alignment, career motivations, compensation, location, and fit - Manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle from outreach through closing and onboarding - Develop recruiting strategies for both immediate openings and anticipated future workforce needs - Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, competitor activity, and candidate sentiment - Maintain organized, data-driven approach while managing multiple concurrent searches - Deliver high-quality candidate experience You will distinguish yourself by understanding how recruiting differs between early-stage startups and established companies, and by moving comfortably across specialized technical searches (ASIC, silicon, AI infrastructure) and business-critical roles (Sales, Operations, Product, Finance). Success is measured by high-quality and diverse candidate pipelines, recruiting velocity improvements, identifying bottlenecks early, bringing market data into hiring decisions, and helping managers balance ideal profiles against market realities. The role emphasizes building pipelines for future needs and identifying emerging talent that can grow with the organization. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in semiconductor, AI, high-performance computing, or electrical/computer engineering environments - Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple engineering disciplines, with particularly strong experience in ASIC, semiconductor, hardware, or silicon recruiting - Experience recruiting Software, Systems, Infrastructure, or related engineering talent - Ability to recruit beyond Engineering (Operations, Sales, Product, Finance, HR, SG&A functions) - Sufficient technical understanding to effectively recruit and screen candidates in ASIC Design, Design Verification, microarchitecture, hardware, systems software, AI infrastructure, and related disciplines - Demonstrated ability to recruit across levels from early-career through Staff/Principal engineers, managers, directors, and executive positions - Strong passive sourcing, market-mapping, and competitive intelligence capabilities - Experience partnering directly with senior engineering managers - Ability to constructively challenge or recalibrate hiring requirements based on market data - Strong offer management and candidate-closing skills - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication - Highly organized, analytical, comfortable managing significant requisition portfolio in fast-moving environment VALUED EXPERIENCE: - Recruiting within both high-growth startups and established technology companies - Experience spanning semiconductor/silicon, AI infrastructure, software, enterprise technology, and go-to-market talent ecosystems
