Socure is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be the engine driving client success by combining tactical execution with strategic expertise to lead cross-functional teams through multiple concurrent project lifecycles.
You will own the full project lifecycle for global clients and partners: requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support. You'll forecast and communicate project timelines to stakeholders, proactively managing delays, milestones, and dependencies. Working in a flat, fast-paced organization, you'll partner closely with commercial and technical stakeholders to educate them on Socure's solutions and deployment processes.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with developers and deployment managers to integrate Socure's technology suite with client applications, investigating and diagnosing technical challenges alongside internal teams, and facilitating client status meetings to manage scope and schedule across multiple deployments. You'll master Socure's product suite to understand how clients can leverage the technology and contribute insights to the product roadmap. The role emphasizes inclusivity and authenticity in a high-performing culture.
Socure values people who move fast, think critically, act like owners, and care deeply about solving customer problems with precision. This is not a role for those seeking predictability or narrow scope—it's for those energized by leveraging cutting-edge technology to protect identities and help build the future of identity verification.
