MNTN is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the integrations strategy for QuickFrame AI, reporting to the Director of Engineering. This is a hybrid business development and product management role sitting at the intersection of partnerships, product, and engineering. You will own the complete lifecycle of third-party integrations: identifying and evaluating potential partners, negotiating contracts, translating partnership agreements into product requirements, and driving launches from contract signature through go-to-market. On the business development side, you'll manage vendor relationships, own the partnership pipeline, and coordinate with the vendor operations team. On the product side, you'll work directly with the Integrations tech lead and engineering team to define requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and ship integrations that bring new AI model capabilities and customer acquisition channels into the platform. Key responsibilities include owning the integrations product roadmap informed by vendor releases and internal priorities, serving as the primary point of contact for all integration partners, translating business requirements into technical specs, tracking the BD pipeline, coordinating go-to-market launches with marketing, and identifying contractual and compliance risks early. Success means new integrations launch on schedule with minimal surprises, partners describe you as responsive and easy to work with, leadership has confidence in integration timelines, the roadmap is trusted and well-sequenced, and risks are caught proactively. You bring 4+ years in product management, business development, or a combined technical role. You have demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts. You have strong product instincts—can write specs, prioritize backlogs, and make prioritization calls confidently. You're comfortable working directly with engineering teams and translating business needs into technical requirements. You have startup or high-growth experience defining functions from scratch, excellent stakeholder management skills, familiarity with API-based integrations, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
