Strava is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager II to lead cross-functional program execution for Strava for Business, the company's enterprise and partnership initiatives. You will own the technical program delivery that transforms the SfB roadmap into shipped, reliable capabilities, coordinating work across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: driving concurrent cross-team programs from scoping through delivery; establishing and maintaining operating cadence (planning, standups, reviews); triaging and sequencing incoming requests across engineering and business priorities; surfacing risks and trade-offs early to prevent blockers; partnering daily with SfB engineering managers, product managers, and business/partnership stakeholders; and improving intake and triage processes to enable predictable shipping. You'll need 6+ years of program management experience with a proven track record leading cross-functional programs in business, GTM, or sales organizations. Strong independent judgment is essential—you'll scope, sequence, and unblock work under ambiguity without requiring close oversight. Technical fluency sufficient to earn engineering trust is required: you should understand the technical stack in your focus area, challenge assumptions constructively, identify potential gotchas, and know when to escalate. B2B, enterprise, or partner-platform experience is required. Comfort with GTM and sales operating rhythms—including pipeline management, product launches, and partner commitments—is important. Strava is the world's largest community of active people, with over 200 million athletes across 185+ countries. The company is backed by Sequoia Capital, TCV, Madrone Partners, and Jackson Square Ventures. The role operates on a flexible hybrid model with three days per week on-site in the San Francisco office.
