Fiverr is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the operational evolution of content moderation within the Trust & Safety (T&S) department. This role sits at the intersection of moderation operations, product, technology, data, policy, and external vendor management.
The successful candidate will own both the maintenance of existing moderation operations and the identification of operational gaps, building scalable solutions to address them. You will drive complex Trust & Safety initiatives from initial problem definition through full implementation, working across multiple functions to ensure effective execution.
This is an ideal role for someone comfortable operating with ambiguity and a high degree of independence. You should naturally take ownership of challenges, proactively identify what needs to happen, build comprehensive plans, align stakeholders across the organization, and drive work forward without waiting for fully defined processes or tasks. You will need strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with product, technology, data, and policy teams, as well as external vendor partners.
Key responsibilities include optimizing content moderation workflows, identifying process improvements, scaling operations to meet platform needs, managing vendor relationships, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance Trust & Safety outcomes. The role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-moving environment and translate strategic objectives into operational reality.
