Syllo is a litigation AI platform that autonomously manages the entire litigation lifecycle for enterprise legal teams. Founded in 2019 by litigators and engineers, the company serves Fortune 500 companies and AmLaw 200 firms, and has won ILTA Transformative Project of the Year and ALM eDiscovery Technology of the Year for 2026. In this Senior Technical Product Manager role, you will drive engineering execution within Company Operations, bridging business needs and technical delivery. You'll partner with business leads and the Business Systems and Automation Manager to evaluate operational challenges, translate validated needs into clear engineering specifications, and deploy engineering capacity for maximum impact. Key responsibilities include: executing the technical roadmap by defining and sequencing the engineering build queue; converting cross-functional operational requirements into clear specifications; allocating engineering capacity across Internal Tools and Business Systems projects; partnering with the Senior Data Engineer on data warehouse evolution and ensuring clean data flows to GTM and financial reporting systems; and providing hands-on support including QA, data validation, and light prototyping. You'll work across build-versus-buy decisions, providing accurate engineering estimates and capacity analysis. The role requires strong technical product judgment, thoughtful prioritization of competing internal requests, clear specification writing, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams. Required: 5+ years in technical product management, data product management, or analytics engineering at a fast-scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise software company. You should have hands-on experience collaborating with Data Engineering teams on warehouse structures (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.), practical SQL comfort for data validation, and a track record of transparent prioritization against engineering capacity constraints. Familiarity with go-to-market or financial system integrations (CRM, billing, ERP) is a strong plus. Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
