Braze is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the AI content operations product roadmap within the Content Platforms team. The role focuses on identifying friction points in Braze's content creation workflows—spanning marketing campaigns, blog posts, customer stories, courses, and documentation—and building AI-powered tools to streamline them.
You will embed with marketing and learning teams to understand how content actually gets made, from research and drafting through review and publishing. The goal is to identify where automation adds real value and ship tools that meaningfully reduce time-to-publish. This includes work on metadata generation, document-to-CMS conversion, content review and quality checks, research assistants, and asset generation.
This is a hands-on role: you'll write code, build functional prototypes to validate ideas, pair with engineers, and drive adoption. You'll own build-vs-buy decisions, partner with the Sanity CMS platform investment, and measure whether shipped tools actually change people's daily workflows. The role sits on a small, fast-moving team with no direct reports but a strong mandate to lead—setting direction, raising the bar, and pulling colleagues toward better solutions.
The initial focus is AI content operations, but the role is positioned to expand into adjacent content platform challenges as the work matures. You'll be in a rare position to shape how enterprise content operations integrates AI at scale, developing judgment that will be in short supply across the industry. This is for people who'd rather build tools than present about them.
