Braze is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the AI content operations product roadmap within the Content Platforms team. The role focuses on identifying friction in Braze's content creation workflows—spanning marketing campaigns, blog posts, customer stories, courses, and documentation—and building AI-powered tools to remove that friction.
You'll embed with marketing and learning teams to understand how content actually gets made: research, drafting, review, publishing, and optimization. The goal is to discover where AI can meaningfully accelerate the workflow without adding complexity. You'll own the full product lifecycle: identifying opportunities, designing solutions, shipping prototypes and production tools into the Sanity CMS and broader content stack, and driving adoption.
Key responsibilities include building functional prototypes independently to validate ideas, making smart build-vs-buy decisions, shipping AI-powered tools (metadata generation, doc-to-CMS conversion, content review, research assistants, asset generation), and partnering with the Sanity platform investment. This is not a research or presentation role—you'll write code, ship prototypes, pair with engineers, and measure adoption. You're expected to use AI-assisted development as a core working method and be opinionated about it.
You'll sit as a senior individual contributor on the Content Platforms team with no direct reports, but a strong remit to lead: setting direction, raising the bar, and pulling colleagues across teams toward better solutions. The role is positioned to expand into adjacent content operations problem areas as the work matures. Content Platforms is a small, fast-moving team with real customers (marketing and learning organizations) and real pain points. Tools you ship will land in daily workflows within weeks, not quarters.
