Salary: USD 196,000 - 240,000 / annual

SambaNova Systems is a leader in next-generation AI infrastructure, delivering a full-stack inference platform built on the RDU (Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit)—a chip using dataflow architecture rather than traditional GPU models. The RDU excels at agentic workloads like multi-turn agents, code generation, and long-running applications, packaged into SambaRack for rack-scale deployment. You will serve as Senior Technical Partner Marketing Manager, turning relationships across the ML and AI ecosystem into differentiated joint solutions, clear "better together" stories, and repeatable go-to-market programs. This role sits at the intersection of Partner Engineering, Developer Relations, Product Marketing, Alliances, Product, and go-to-market strategy. Key responsibilities include: - Develop segment-specific partner strategies across model-serving frameworks, silicon and accelerators, cloud and inference providers, model providers, data platforms, AI tooling, and application ecosystems - Define differentiated "better together" value propositions explaining customer and developer outcomes from each integration class - Transform partner integrations into reference architectures, validated demos, solution briefs, tutorials, benchmarks, presentations, and field enablement - Build and execute joint go-to-market plans with clear audiences, use cases, messaging, assets, launch sequences, and success metrics - Partner closely with Alliances, Engineering, Product, Developer Relations, Product Marketing, Sales, and partner teams to define shared priorities and deliverables - Lead content and readiness workstreams for partner launches, ensuring technical accuracy and proof points - Create reusable segment playbooks to evaluate opportunities and scale successful partner motions - Support technical workshops, partner briefings, field meetings, campaigns, events, webinars, and executive engagements with tailored demos and talk tracks - Gather ecosystem feedback and competitive insight to inform product priorities and integration strategy - Track developer adoption, co-marketing performance, influenced pipeline, asset usage, and customer outcomes to improve GTM strategy Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, technical product marketing, developer marketing, solutions architecture, strategic alliances, or closely related role - Technical fluency in AI infrastructure, model serving, inference, open-source software, cloud platforms, silicon, developer tools, or data center systems - Experience building joint value propositions and executing coordinated go-to-market programs with technology partners - Ability to understand integrations deeply enough to create credible technical content, demonstrations, positioning, and enablement - Strong program management and stakeholder leadership across internal teams and independent partner organizations - Excellent writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills for developer, partner, field, and enterprise audiences - High ownership, sound judgment, and comfort independently balancing technical accuracy, partner priorities, and launch timelines Preferred qualifications: - Experience working across multiple ML and AI ecosystem segments (model-serving frameworks, silicon, cloud infrastructure, model platforms, developer tools, AI applications) - Hands-on familiarity with reference architectures, proofs of concept, benchmarking, workload optimization, integration testing, or OpenAI-compatible APIs - Experience supporting joint launches, executive events, developer programs, customer proof, and partner or sales enablement - Track record of turning technical integrations into measurable adoption, engagement, influenced pipeline, or customer value - Experience creating repeatable partner playbooks or scaling successful joint GTM motions across ecosystem segments
