Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Senior Technical Alliances Lead to shape the global technical strategy and execution for strategic security and AI ecosystem alliances. This senior individual contributor role reports to the Sr. Director of Technology Alliances and bridges product, engineering, alliances, sales, marketing, and field teams to translate partner strategy into practical architectures, integrations, and enablement.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead technical strategy for Security & AI alliances, translating alliance priorities into technical plans and execution roadmaps with alliance leadership.
• Drive joint solutions by defining and validating integrations (APIs, interoperability), producing reference architectures, validated designs, and solution blueprints that address enterprise customer needs.
• Align product and engineering roadmaps by identifying technical gaps, dependencies, and incorporating partner/customer feedback to coordinate cross-functional priorities.
• Engage partner technical stakeholders, representing Veeam in strategic discussions and supporting high-value customer/partner opportunities requiring tight technical alignment.
• Create joint technical assets including briefs, diagrams, deployment guidance, demos, and validation materials that highlight solution value and differentiation in cyber resilience, data security, and AI infrastructure.
• Enable internal and partner field teams through training and enablement on deployment considerations and joint solution positioning.
• Track and manage technical milestones (validations, integrations, enablement readiness, field adoption) tied to alliance success metrics.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in security, data resilience, or AI infrastructure; strong partner-facing credibility; and the judgment to align technical execution with enterprise customer needs. This role is positioned on the West Coast (remote).
