UiPath is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted technical advisor and hands-on expert for strategic federal government customers. In this role, you will guide federal agencies in building and scaling enterprise automation and Agentic AI programs, working across all organizational levels from developers to executives.
Key responsibilities include building and delivering proof-of-concepts, agent prototypes, and automation accelerators directly within federal customer environments while ensuring compliance with government security requirements (FedRAMP, FISMA). You will own the technical success of strategic federal civilian customers, providing proactive guidance to mature automation and AI programs and helping agencies expand their vision of what's possible with the UiPath Platform.
You will assess customer environments to identify technical risks and opportunities, conduct technical health checks and maturity assessments, and deliver advisory services alongside hands-on support including solution development, troubleshooting, and code reviews. The role requires partnering with customer technical teams to design solutions leveraging automation, AI, orchestration, integrations, and emerging agentic capabilities that meet federal compliance requirements.
Collaboration is essential—you will work closely with Product Support, Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Solution Engineering, and UiPath Infrastructure and security teams to resolve complex customer challenges. You will also enable customer stakeholders through workshops, presentations, technical reviews, and strategic planning sessions, staying current on advances in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and federal government trends.
Required qualifications include 10+ years in Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, Software Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles, preferably supporting federal government customers. You must have direct hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or architecting solutions on the UiPath Platform, strong knowledge of enterprise automation technologies, software development practices, cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture concepts. Hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-powered solutions is essential, including prompt engineering, tool/function design, agent orchestration, and output validation. You must demonstrate the ability to diagnose complex technical challenges, balance advisory work with hands-on execution, communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences, and operate independently with strong customer-facing consulting skills. U.S. work authorization is required, and you must be able to attend in-person collaboration in Northern Virginia twice monthly.
