Salary: EUR 104,125 - 148,750 / annual

Docker is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager for the EMEA region to serve as a strategic partner and trusted technical advisor for high-value enterprise customers. You will drive customer success with the Docker platform, accelerate adoption, and architect long-term transformation strategies aligned with customer business objectives. Key responsibilities include leading strategic vision for multiple enterprise accounts, acting as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap decisions, conducting platform health assessments and maturity reviews, guiding customers on AI-assisted development workflows, architecting complex adoption plans, and leading Strategic Business Reviews with senior stakeholder engagement. You will own a portfolio of strategic customers throughout their lifecycle, delivering measurable improvements in adoption and health scores. The role requires deep technical expertise in containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native ecosystems, combined with exceptional executive presence and communication skills to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders. In your first 30 days, you'll complete onboarding, shadow experienced TAMs, meet your customer portfolio, and build internal relationships. By 90 days, you'll own customer engagements and conduct business reviews. Within one year, you'll manage the full lifecycle for strategic accounts, mentor new TAMs, and contribute to scaling the TAM engagement model.
