Celonis is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join its global talent acquisition team in London. The role focuses on recruiting technical customer-facing talent for a fast-scaling, international technology company. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. Your responsibilities include partnering with regional leaders to understand hiring needs, developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and providing market intelligence to inform talent strategy. You will oversee recruitment for Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Services, PreSales, and Value Engineering roles. Key responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment advice - Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management - Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals - Ensure positive candidate experience with timely feedback and communication - Conduct market research and provide talent insights to guide hiring decisions - Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on activities and outcomes - Leverage ATS and sourcing tools to drive recruitment excellence - Work with HR, Compensation & Benefits, and other stakeholders to align recruitment with company goals Celonis is the market leader in Process Intelligence and uses advanced technology embedded in its ATS to provide real-time data and reporting tools that support strategic recruitment planning. Qualifications: - Background recruiting technical customer-facing roles for Product, Technology, or IT Services businesses - End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing to offer management - Experience in in-house, agency, or RPO recruitment environments - Strong understanding of technology and industry trends - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools - Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact effectively with colleagues, candidates, and partners - Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload - Passion for finding and hiring top talent with willingness to challenge stakeholders and push boundaries
