Applied Intuition is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to drive talent attraction, retention, and reward strategies as the company scales. The role bridges strategic compensation design with hands-on execution, supporting a $15 billion Series A company that powers physical AI across automotive, defense, trucking, construction, mining, and agriculture sectors. Key responsibilities include: - Building and evolving compensation programs and practices aligned with business growth - Serving as a trusted compensation advisor to business leaders and cross-functional partners on compensation decisions and strategy - Leading compensation benchmarking and market analysis, translating data into actionable recommendations - Supporting design and execution of compensation programs including reviews, job architecture, and leveling frameworks - Developing scalable processes that evolve with changing business priorities and talent needs - Balancing strategic program design with hands-on execution to address complex compensation challenges Applied Intuition operates globally with offices in Sunnyvale (HQ), Washington D.C., San Diego, Ft. Walton Beach, Ann Arbor, London, Stuttgart, Munich, Stockholm, Bangalore, Seoul, and Tokyo. The company is in-office focused (5 days/week expectation) with flexibility for occasional remote work and schedule accommodations. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field - 8+ years of progressive compensation experience with deep expertise in cash and equity compensation programs - Experience designing and evolving compensation programs, including benchmarking, job architecture, leveling frameworks, and pay equity analysis - Experience supporting compensation programs across multiple functions, geographies, or employee populations - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to translate complex data and market insights into practical recommendations, build financial forecasting models - Proven ability to independently lead complex initiatives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with strong communication and stakeholder management skills across senior leaders and cross-functional partners - Experience building and implementing people solutions using AI/Dev tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) NICE TO HAVE: - Experience with compensation survey and benchmarking tools (Pave, Compa, Radford, Mercer) - Experience working in a high-growth technology company
