Salary: USD 204,000 - 296,000 / annual

Figma is seeking a Manager, Talent Products to lead the team responsible for transforming the company's recruiting challenges into scalable, innovative solutions. This is a strategic, hands-on role combining product thinking with people leadership. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for Figma's global recruiting processes, programs, technology, data, and AI-enabled workflows. You'll lead and develop a multidisciplinary team while remaining deeply involved in solving complex, high-impact problems. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and evolving a standardized end-to-end hiring process that balances speed, quality, consistency, compliance, and candidate experience • Translating business priorities and user needs into scalable recruiting programs and product solutions with clear success metrics • Leading the evolution of the recruiting technology ecosystem, making strategic decisions about what to build, buy, integrate, automate, simplify, or retire • Identifying and implementing AI and automation opportunities to improve productivity, decision-making, and the overall hiring experience • Partnering across Recruiting, People, IT, Legal, Security, and business teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive adoption This is a full-time role available from Figma's US hubs (San Francisco or New York) or remotely within the United States. The role is ideal for someone who loves solving hard problems, developing great teams, and turning ambitious ideas into products that make hiring faster, easier, and better for all stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: • 8+ years of experience in recruiting, people operations, technology, or a related product or operational function • 3+ years of direct experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams • Proven success building and scaling global recruiting processes, programs, and technology • Strong product management skills including strategy, roadmapping, prioritization, requirements definition, and measuring outcomes; experience influencing and collaborating with stakeholders across technical, operational, and business functions • Experience designing AI-enabled recruiting workflows, automation, or decision-support tools; deep knowledge of recruiting systems, integrations, analytics, and data governance
