Scalable Capital, a leading European fintech platform with over 1 million clients and €30 billion in assets under management, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to drive full-lifecycle recruitment across the organization.
In this role, you will own end-to-end recruiting processes for diverse business departments, developing and executing tailored recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and secure the best market talent. Your responsibilities include proactive sourcing and talent pooling via platforms like LinkedIn to build sustainable pipelines for current and future needs, conducting structured interviews and leading candidate debriefs to evaluate both technical capabilities and cultural fit.
You'll represent the company at recruitment events and drive initiatives to strengthen employer brand internally and externally. The role emphasizes data-driven recruiting—leveraging recruitment analytics and market insights to optimize talent acquisition funnels and inform hiring decisions alongside key stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record and solid professional experience in full-lifecycle talent acquisition
- University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- Outstanding organizational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong ability to prioritize effectively under pressure, thrive in fast-paced environments, and proactively solve complex challenges
- Business fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
