Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead integration and test efforts for advanced intelligence systems serving U.S. and allied military customers. This role sits within Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS), which develops specialized engineering solutions for Intelligence Community customers, delivering critical national security capabilities powered by Lattice OS—an AI-driven command and control platform.
You will design, implement, and execute comprehensive test cases, plans, and procedures to validate system functionality and performance across hardware and software integration. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate across hardware and software teams to test products from concept through prototype to production. Key responsibilities include executing hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) and end-to-end evaluations, performing performance monitoring and test automation, and conducting post-test data analysis. You'll assess test coverage against requirements, maintain traceability from requirement to verification evidence, and configure/troubleshoot networking devices and system architectures.
A critical aspect of this role is defining and managing integrated test strategy and schedules across entire programs—sequencing test events against hardware availability, software drops, and customer milestones while driving risk resolution. You'll communicate test status and technical risk to engineering teams and stakeholders, establish scalable test standards and tooling across programs, and mentor junior engineers in test design and verification rigor.
Required: 6+ years in testing and verification for product design; strong foundation in software engineering, hardware design, or FPGA development; expertise in comprehensive test plans and end-to-end systems testing; experience with HITL testing, networking device troubleshooting, and systems engineering/requirements management tools; proven organizational ability managing multi-stakeholder test campaigns; active U.S. Secret security clearance (maintainable). Preferred: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; military testing standards (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461); test automation and Python/MATLAB proficiency; lab environment and automated regression pipeline experience; field testing or operational evaluation support.
