Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to own the Go-To-Market (GTM) data and software products that power the sales motion. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, full-stack product development, and applied AI, building on Cloudflare's own developer platform. You will own the complete GTM data foundation, including the query engine, workflows, APIs, and internal-facing products that flag which accounts sales reps should prioritize and when. You'll design and implement features in Go, TypeScript, and SQL, building and operating production services on Cloudflare Workers and Kubernetes. The work spans data modeling and schema design, feature implementation, testing, deployment, and production monitoring. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing features across the tech stack; building and operating production services; owning the data foundation end-to-end; driving projects from design through implementation and monitoring; participating in on-call rotations and incident resolution; leveraging AI tools as a core part of your workflow; collaborating across Sales, Marketing, DevRel, and Growth teams to translate operational pain into shipped software; and helping set engineering standards for the GTM organization. This is a high-autonomy role in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate capacity planning, API contracts, and organization-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading complex, organization-wide data initiatives. You should have deep expertise in distributed systems and production infrastructure at scale, proficiency in Go, strong TypeScript knowledge, and exceptional SQL and data modeling skills. You'll be comfortable debugging database and query performance issues and navigating ambiguous problem spaces to identify high-impact technical work.
