Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst for Cost & Receipt Accounting to join the Corporate Technical team. This role focuses on building and optimizing internal technologies that enable Anduril's supply chain, accounting, and manufacturing operations through CorpOS, a system-of-systems that integrates digital software solutions for finance, growth, and operations teams.
As the primary technical architect and administrator for the financial engine of the supply chain, you will ensure that every physical movement in Anduril's factories translates into accurate financial data. Your responsibilities include owning the configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Fusion's Cost Management and Receipt Accounting modules to reflect real-time operational and financial reality.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as Lead Functional Analyst for Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting, managing cost books, valuation methods (Actual, Standard, FIFO), and accounting rules
- Direct technical resolution of variances between Receipt Accounting sub-ledger and General Ledger, ensuring accurate and automated RBNI (Received But Not Invoiced) reporting
- Investigate and resolve stuck transactions, costing errors, and interface failures between CorpOS (ERP) and ArsenalOS (Manufacturing/Execution systems/WMS)
- Define and maintain cost elements, overhead allocation rules, and cost components for accurate COGS reporting and inventory valuation
- Configure systems to meet DCAA and GAAP requirements, ensuring cost-plus and fixed-price contract accounting with 100% auditability
- Evaluate quarterly Oracle Fusion updates for impact on costing flows and perform regression testing on automated accounting entries
- Partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to ensure physical receiving workflows trigger correct technical accounting events in the ERP
Required qualifications include 5+ years designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense preferred), deep understanding of transactional accounting including Receipt Accruals and Landed Cost Management, technical proficiency with SQL queries and OTBI reporting, familiarity with government contracting accounting (CAS, FAR, DCAA), and U.S. Citizen or Greencard Holder status for access to export-controlled data. Full-time in-office presence required with willingness to travel 25-50% to other sites.
