Salary: USD 110,000 - 115,000 / annual

Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building energy-efficient solutions to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. The company owns and operates the full stack from electrons to tokens, addressing the critical bottleneck of power availability for AI compute. As Senior Strategic Sourcing Data Analyst, you will serve as the intelligence engine for the Procurement Shared Services team, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role goes beyond standard reporting to deliver actionable insights that optimize costs, working capital, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining automated dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track critical KPIs including cost avoidance, contract cycle times, and payment term compliance - Conducting spend analysis on large-scale procurement datasets (Coupa, SAP) to identify trends, leakage, and consolidation opportunities - Building predictive models using statistical methods to forecast lead times and market price fluctuations for specialized equipment like transformers and breakers - Partnering with the AI Task Force to implement and refine LLM-based tools (Gemini) for automated bid reviews and contract data extraction - Acting as a liaison between Technical Power teams and Legal, translating complex data into business-friendly insights for high-value negotiations and EPC agreements - Ensuring data integrity and governance across Jira and Sourcing modules, designing data entry standards within Coupa for audit readiness - Supporting rapid-turnaround analysis on complex datasets to address immediate business needs You bring 5-7 years of data analytics experience, ideally in supply chain and procurement. Required technical skills include SQL proficiency for complex queries, expert-level visualization in Power BI or Tableau, and foundational Python or R for data cleaning and statistical analysis. Familiarity with ERP/Sourcing tools (Coupa, SAP) and project management software (Jira) is essential. You excel at calculating complex metrics like Working Capital Impact and Total Cost of Ownership, and can communicate data-heavy findings clearly to non-technical executives. Bonus qualifications include experience with Generative AI applications in business automation, knowledge of energy/utilities sector equipment sourcing, and a self-starter mentality for identifying and solving problems independently. This is a 100% on-site role based in Denver, Colorado.
