Ashby is hiring a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise customers across EMEA. You'll manage complex, concurrent onboarding projects for a sophisticated B2B SaaS ATS platform, working directly with strategic customers to ensure rapid time-to-value and strong adoption outcomes.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing detailed implementation plans, coordinating across cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations), managing stakeholder alignment, and delivering results against agreed milestones. You'll serve as the customer's primary guide and advocate, proactively addressing needs, recommending best practices, and navigating change management throughout the engagement.
The role requires deep expertise in complex, configurable SaaS products with multi-step workflows and third-party integrations. You'll combine technical proficiency with strong customer-centricity—understanding customer requirements, building relationships through high engagement, and translating complex concepts into actionable guidance. You'll also contribute to process improvement, identifying thematic opportunities and refining implementation methodologies for scalability.
You thrive in remote-first environments, communicate with clarity and precision, listen actively to customer needs, and solve problems creatively. You're detail-oriented, data-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced settings. Ashby or ATS experience is a plus but not required. Travel is minimal (<10% for strategic customer engagements).
