The Financial Planning & Strategy (FP&S) team sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and execution, shaping business decisions through deep cross-functional partnership and financial analysis. You will serve as the lead strategic finance partner for Enterprise and Mid-Market businesses, covering Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing. This is a highly visible role with regular executive collaboration and the opportunity to influence strategy and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead strategic finance partner to GTM executives, building trusted relationships and acting as a thought partner on critical decisions
- Develop and lead a high-performing analyst team
- Build next-generation strategic finance capabilities using AI-powered workflows, automated analyses, and intelligence systems
- Assess current and future strategic priorities; quantitatively validate and advocate for highest-ROI initiatives across GTM
- Proactively deliver data-driven recommendations on go-to-market tactics, product experiments, and cross-functional roadmaps
- Build frameworks for evaluating sales efficiency and productivity; partner with Data Analytics on predictive and automated reporting
- Own significant portions of long-range and annual planning processes, including the strategic plan positioning GTM to hit growth goals
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive experience, including 4+ years covering sales
- Foundational experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting preferred
- Experience with consumption-based business models is a meaningful plus
- Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through financial analysis and strategic insight, not just reporting
- Demonstrated success driving sales strategy, planning, and performance management
- Experience building with AI (models, workflows, automated analyses); view AI as core to how great finance teams operate
- Expert-level financial modeling ability, translating complex business drivers into clear frameworks
- Strong executive presence with clear, convincing communication at all levels
- Experience with Salesforce, BI tools (e.g., Omni), and SQL
- Ability to identify problems proactively and thrive when answers aren't obvious
- A-player mindset with strong bias for action, raising the bar, moving with urgency, staying resilient through ambiguity, and taking ownership
