The Financial Planning & Strategy (FP&S) team sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and execution. This role is a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance focused on Go-to-Market, serving as the lead finance partner for Enterprise and Mid-Market sales, account management, and customer success teams. Key responsibilities include: - Serve as the lead strategic finance partner to GTM executives, building trusted relationships and acting as a thought partner on critical decisions - Develop and lead a high-performing analyst, building the next-generation StratFin team with AI-powered workflows and automated analyses - Own strategic assessment of current and future priorities, quantitatively validating and advocating for highest-ROI initiatives across GTM - Proactively deliver data-driven recommendations on go-to-market tactics, product experiments, and cross-functional roadmaps - Build frameworks for evaluating sales efficiency and productivity; partner with Data Analytics on predictive and automated reporting - Own significant portions of long-range and annual planning processes, including the strategic plan positioning GTM to hit growth goals Required qualifications: - 8+ years progressive experience, including 4+ years covering sales - Foundational experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting preferred - Proven track record driving measurable business outcomes through financial analysis and strategic insight - Demonstrated success driving sales strategy, planning, and performance management - Experience building with AI (models, workflows, automated analyses); view AI as core to modern finance operations - Expert-level financial modeling ability translating complex business drivers into clear frameworks - Strong executive presence with clear communication at all levels - Experience with Salesforce, BI tools (e.g., Omni), SQL - Proactive problem identification; thrives when answers aren't obvious - A-player mindset with bias for action, raising the bar, moving with urgency, staying resilient through ambiguity Experience with consumption-based business models is a meaningful plus.
