Okta is seeking a Senior Strategic Alliance Manager to build and expand relationships with large Indian Global System Integrators (GSIs) including Wipro, TCS, Infosys, and HCL. This strategic role sits within Okta's Revenue Organization, specifically the Partners & Global Alliances team, which manages complex relationships with cloud marketplaces, resellers, distributors, and systems integrators. You will develop and implement partnership strategies with a named group of Indian SIs to grow their Okta identity and access management practice. Key responsibilities include working closely with regional sales leaders globally to drive initiatives and foster collaborative relationships, owning the annual partnership planning process (joint investments, target customers, pipeline, execution plans), and establishing regular business and executive interlocks to ensure alignment and mutual success. You will identify key areas of opportunity and growth within the partnership framework. The role begins as an individual contributor focused on building the foundation for strategic alliances, with the expectation to quickly scale to manage a team and provide leadership while understanding global-to-local dynamics. Required qualifications: minimum 8+ years building alliances with Global Systems Integrators (co-marketing, investment strategies, practice creation, product/solution development); deep, recent experience within the Indian GSI landscape with existing relationships at Wipro, TCS, Infosys, and HCL; proven strategic alliance management experience, preferably in security; strong business acumen and technical knowledge of identity and access management; exceptional communication and executive-level negotiation skills; ability to set strategy, plan effectively, and drive execution; willingness to travel as needed; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (advanced degree a plus). This is a hybrid role with offices in Dallas, New Jersey, and San Francisco, offering the opportunity to work on identity infrastructure at scale during a critical period of AI adoption.
