Kaseya is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to build and own a scalable voice-of-customer engine that drives Growth and Product Strategy decisions. This is a hands-on role that establishes methods, customer access frameworks, and operating cadences to deliver trustworthy customer insights in days and weeks rather than months.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and scaling a rapid voice-of-customer program that feeds the company's most important product and growth decisions
- Conducting discovery interviews for priority customer segments while developing repeatable playbooks and processes
- Creating efficient, creative approaches to surface customer insight by leveraging disparate data sources across the organization—sales, customer success, support tickets, and more—rather than building an expensive, heavyweight research function
- Raising the bar on research rigor across the Product organization through methodology and training
- Partnering closely with Product teams to ensure roadmap decisions are grounded in real customer need rather than internal opinion
- Collaborating with Go-To-Market teams (marketing, sales, customer success) to bring user insight into product discovery early and often
- Defining who the company talks to, how quickly they can reach them, and how insights feed strategic decisions
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, skilled at synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, and able to influence without direct authority. You'll work in a high-growth, high-performance environment where success comes from embracing challenges, moving with urgency, and continuously raising the bar.
